Stage one · foundations
Hands-on labs
Students will get fluent with the gear — cabling, patching, troubleshooting — until the fundamentals feel obvious.

Stage two · shadowing
Mentor immersion
Designed for students to shadow working pros across concerts, broadcast, and corporate events and learn the unspoken rules.

Stage three · on the job
Paid internship placement
The pathway we're building: step onto a real call sheet, get paid, get reps, and build the network that becomes a career.
